Shooting the Capitol building in the background gave a definite sense of size and proportion, but I thought the composition with the car and the people walking was kind of boring. I walked around a little and came back and the guy with the guitar was walking down the street and that seemed to add more interest to the image. I also shot from a different location which created some better (I think) lines with the cars creating a line and the trees receding into a triangular shape, and I think both of these shapes lead you towards the guy with the guitar.
