The last three are photos of the Painted Hills.

The first is straight on. There isn't much perspective or depth beyond the focal point. I gave this one a touch of viberance in Photoshop.






I compared the last two for quite a while trying to figure out what i liked about them. They seem to have something about them that emphasises the right or left side of the photo. But, i can't figure out what it is. These I didn't touch in photoshop.

Technically, I've been working on getting the sky and the landscape all in a single shot. These were at or past sunset so the sky wasn't a problem. I've been doing a lot of spot metering to make sure everyting is captured and not blown out.
F16 .8 second ISO=100.
